Skateboarding on the sidewalks was not permitted in 1994. Since then, Mt. Lebanon has loosened things up a little, but you still aren’t allowed to skateboard or Rollerblade in any of the business districts. The good news for this kid is the statute of limitations on his crime has probably expired.
