Way Back: Spring time fun

Spring is in the air, 1901. Mt. Lebanon Evangelical Presbyterian Church is the oldest church in Mt. Lebanon. Founded in 1802 as the Associate Reformed Congregation of Saw Mill Run, renamed St. Clair United Presbyterian Church when construction on the building started in 1806, the church was almost a century old when this picture was taken at a picnic. The congregation became Mt. Lebanon United Presbyterian in 1920, and adopted its current name in 2012.
