@ the library

LOCKERS No-contact pickup just got a tech upgrade with the addition of 39 lockers outside the library’s upper entrance. Patrons who have items to pick up can request that they be placed in one of the lockers, where they can scan their library cards and follow the prompts. It’s pretty easy, and you can learn more by viewing the How to Lebo video.
LOVE IT BACK You know your library loves you, right? Well, September is the best time to return that love. All month, the Jack Buncher Foundation will match any donation of up to $500.
You can also help by stopping by the library and purchasing Love Your Library T-shirts and tote bags, and picking up free LYL buttons and they even have a limited supply of LYL yard signs.
Donate online on the Library’s Love Your Library webpage, or mail a check to: Mt. Lebanon Public Library, 16 Castle Shannon Boulevard, Pittsburgh, PA 15228.
MAKE SOME FRIENDS The Friends of the Mt. Lebanon Public Library will hold their annual membership drive during September.
WELCOMING WEEK September is also the month the library extends a welcome to, well, everyone. Welcoming America is a nonprofit that promotes inclusivity in communities. The library kicks off Welcoming Week with a celebration on Saturday, September 9. Details were sketchy at press time, but you can learn more about this and other events by checking out the library’s calendar.
