The municipality sent you a survey in the mail, and provided one online at www.mtlebanon.org/survey, to find out how you want to receive communication from us.

Please complete it and get it back to us, either by return mail in the provided envelope (or by completing it online) by Wednesday, November 27. You also can return it in person at the municipal building, public safety center, public library and recreation center. All residents  age 18 and older should complete a survey.
