Get ready to stretch, Lebo!
StretchLab’s new location in The Galleria is officially open for business.
Geared to clients looking to improve sports performance, increase range of motion and flexibility, reduce muscle and joint pain, improve posture or reduce stress, StretchLab offers one-on-one and group sessions, led by trained flexibility coaches.
If you sit in a chair in front of a computer all day (sound familiar?), you’ve likely experienced tight hamstrings in the back of your thighs and that ensuing stiffness that makes it harder to walk.
According to researchers at the Mayo Clinic, stretching can help improve flexibility, and, as a result, the range of motion of your joints, leading to improved performance in physical activities, increased muscle blood flow and improved ability to do daily activities.
StretchLab franchisee Shawn Tate is opening multiple South Hills locations. “I’m extremely excited about Mt. Lebanon. I’m hoping we can make a difference in the community,” he said.
Current StretchLab [1] studio hours are Monday through Friday, 7 a.m. to 7 p.m., Saturday and Sunday 8 a.m. to 2 p.m.
