At the public information office, we view every person who lives here, works here, owns property here or visits here as our clients. Our goal is to make sure everyone has all the information needed to enjoy whatever time they are spending in Mt. Lebanon.
Among the services we provide:
Emergency communications: We work hand-in-hand with police and fire to deliver information updates to keep you safe. Sign up for LeboEmergency and receive notifications for life-threatening emergencies by phone, email or text, at mtlebanon.org. Please note, you’re already in the system for the phone number registered on your water company account, but the more numbers and email addresses you add, the better your chance of receiving an emergency communication when it’s critical.
Two websites, including mtlebanon.org (getting a major upgrade this year) and lebomag.com, our magazine website
10 issues of Mt. Lebanon Magazine mailed to every home and business in Mt. Lebanon
Seven Ten: a free email newsletter subscription with Mt. Lebanon news every other week (sign up at lebomag.com)
LeboALERT: Non-emergency texts and emails sent to mobile numbers and email addresses of your choosing (sign up at mtlebanon.org)
Social media: Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Nextdoor, Pinterest.
Communication campaigns: We’re also the people behind the marketing campaigns like Look Up Lebo (pedestrian safety), Vibrant Uptown (the “Yes, We’re Open” campaign that reminds people that our Washington Road businesses are open during construction) and other fun promotional projects.
