It’s official! The grand opening of Mullett’s is scheduled for Friday, March 10.

Mullett’s, an intimate cocktail bar, offering shareable plates and good vibes, replaces the former Mexican-themed Taco Diablo at 297 Beverly Road.

In addition to a whole new menu, Mullett’s customers will be greeted with new paint, lighting, bar shelves, glassware and flooring.

Mullett’s is a family affair, with Colin, McCully Street, and sister Marissa running the day-to-day operations, while their father, Jim, White Oak Circle, is president and chief financial officer. High school friend Gabe Bevilacqua is head chef. “We’d like to be a middle of the road, community-oriented, slightly higher end place for people to come and hang out,” Colin said.
