Launching My First Home

Howard Hanna is launching a program called My First Home in an effort to make homes accessible to new homeowners. First time homebuyers are at their lowest level since 1987, despite rising rent and historically low interest rates. The program, which is designed for first-time buyers and Millennials, allows homebuyers to finance many of the closing costs associated with purchasing a home. This program is available to homebuyers who have not owned a property within the past three years and is offered in conjunction with a 30-year fixed rate FHA mortgage.

At the cornerstone of Howard Hanna Real Estate Services’ company culture is the belief that the American Dream of home ownership is accessible to everyone. More information is available at HowardHanna.com/FirstHome in addition to other homebuying tools geared to the millennial buyer, including Google Hangouts and educational content.
