Have a Municipal Question?

Starting later this month, you’ll be able to access many of the Mt. Lebanon municipal services you want through the new MyLebo portal on the municipal website, www.mtlebanon.org [1].

By clicking on MyLebo on the homepage, each user will create a single point of logon with a username. From there, it will be possible do many different things, saving time both for the user and for the municipal departments that will respond. The computer will do the work!

One of MyLebo’s biggest timesavers may be the ability to pay parking tickets using a credit card. (Payments will not be able to be made online for up to 48 hours after a ticket is issued to allow for computer data input.)

Service requests that you’ll be able to make on MyLebo are: burned out streetlight; curb damage; downed traffic sign; general requests; hazardous tree on private property; malfunctioning traffic signal; parks maintenance; rat baiting; repair to a municipal facility; pothole; service to municipal tree; sanitary sewer problem; sidewalk hazard; sidewalk repair; snow-covered or icy roads; and storm water problem.

You’ll be able to report missed garbage or recycling pickup and make general municipal inquiries on MyLebo. And the LeboALERT emergency and non-emergency messaging system will be integrated with Phase One of the new web portal.

Phase Two of MyLebo, currently in the development stage, will expand the portal, allowing for an online LeboStore where people will be able to use a credit card to purchase from an expanded line of Lebo merchandise. The LeboStore also will be a place to purchase special event tickets and parking permits.

Municipal departments currently are considering other services that might be added in Phase II.
Watch for a LeboALERT or check www.mtlebanon.org to find out exactly when MyLebo will be ready to work for you.
