Empire Music, 719 Washington Road, will be hosting a score of events this September, to commemorate its 10th anniversary in business. Throughout the month the store will offer manufacturer’s events, sales and an open mic to celebrate its 10th year of business. Empire Music specializes in guitars and lessons, with 17 teachers on staff who teach guitar lessons to people of all ages and skill levels.

Owner Joe Ravita’s original shop was located at 691 Washingon Road (where KoolKat Studios is now). In 2005 Ravita decided to expand his business and moved to the larger location at 719 Washington Road, where he has been for the past seven years.  For more information, call the store at 412-343-5299.
