The old Rollier’s Barn is getting a new tenant!

After 75 years, Dormont Appliance is leaving its home at 2875 West Liberty Avenue and moving to 1635 McFarland Road in Mt. Lebanon, which has been vacant since its previous tenant, Artsmiths of Pittsburgh, departed in 2019.

Dormont Appliance promises the new location will meet the needs of its customers and business with a convenient location, brand new showroom and ample parking.

The move is expected to occur this month. Meantime, a moving sale is underway at Dormont Appliance’s current home, while they work to get the new space ready.

“We are very excited for the new space,” said Gina Ramage, Dormont Appliance general manager.
