Join us this summer! Located just minutes from Mt. Lebanon on Library Road, we offer several classical ballet camps & classes, beginning June 29, for children ages 18 months & up, beginner through advanced. All classes will have an onsite and virtual option, with onsite classes conducted with strict CDC guidelines in place, and at a reduced capacity. For those that choose the virtual option, it’s as easy as 1, 2, 3!
Summer is the perfect time to introduce your young child to the beauty of classical ballet! Our themed camps for beginners incorporate the correct classical ballet vocabulary, with an emphasis on fun! Each day includes a beginner-level ballet class, and a craft related to the theme. For children ages 3-5, those include Beauty & the Beast, Moana, Fancy Nancy and Frozen II. For children ages 5-7, we offer an American Girl camp, where children bring their favorite dolls to ballet class.
We also offer several options for students of an Intermediate/Advanced level, including the Junior Intensive for children ages 6-10, an Intermediate Intensive for ages 8-12, and a Senior Intensive for ages 11 & up. Whether your dancer is looking to brush up on their ballet technique, or transition to our ballet-only program for the coming year, summer is the perfect time to do so!
Don’t forget our school-year classes, beginning in early September! Classes are affordable and convenient, and all students ages 3 & up are eligible to participate in the South Hills’ largest production of the holiday-classic The Nutcracker at the beautiful Upper St. Clair High School Theater!
