ART REQUIREMENTS FOR PRINT ADS
- All ads must be sized exactly to the appropriate ad size (see published ad sizes above).
- Email your CMYK high resolution file (300 dpi minimum) to leboads@mtlebanon.org.
- Ads must be sent as a .pdf or .eps file properly formatted in CMYK color (no spot colors), Macintosh compatible and saved with embedded fonts and high resolution 300 dpi graphics. Mt. Lebanon Magazine will not assume responsibility for fonts that print improperly (default) when ad files are received without your fonts embedded. Mt. Lebanon Magazine has only a limited MAC font database, which makes it impossible at times to match advertisers’ fonts, especially in ads generated on a PC platform. This is why all fonts must be embedded in your ad file as a .pdf or .eps. Digital files submitted to us in the required format will allow us to place your ad directly within our magazine file in a ready to print format. Any digital files provided to us that require additional time to meet specified requirements will be subject to a $45 art fee.
ART REQUIREMENTS FOR ONLINE ADS
Mt. Lebanon Magazine‘s website, lebomag.com, includes space for banner ads sized at 300 x 300px.
- All online ads should be supplied in jpeg format and sent to leboads@mtlebanon.org.
- Include a rule of at least 2 pixels around the entire ad.
SPONSORED CONTENT
Space is available in the print and online magazine for approved sponsored content, an article written by your business, in three sizes: full page (500 words with two images); two-thirds page (300 words with two images) or half page (300 words with one image).
OUR ADVERTISING POLICY
Mt. Lebanon Magazine is published by and for the community of Mt. Lebanon. The publisher reserves the right to refuse any advertising that is inconsistent with our mission statement or aesthetic standards.
CONTRACT REGULATIONS: Advertising must be inserted within one year of first insertion to earn frequency discount rates. Multiple ads within a single issue count toward discounts. An advertiser who does not complete a committed schedule will be subject to a short rate.
PUBLISHER/ADVERTISER: All advertisements are accepted and published upon the representation that the party placing the advertisement is authorized to submit and approve such publication. The advertiser agrees to indemnify and save the publisher harmless from and against any loss or expense on claims based on the content or subjects of the advertisement.
AD CANCELLATIONS must be received in writing and cannot be accepted after an issue has been closed for advertising.
AD CREATION: Mt. Lebanon Magazine will create an attractive ad for your business or revise an existing ad file for $45. Research/use of stock photography will be charged at $45 per image. More than one scan, color corrections and photo retouching will incur additional charges.
ISSUANCE, CLOSING DATES: Mt. Lebanon Magazine is published 10 times per year: January/February, March, April, May, June, July/August, September, October, November and December. The magazine arrives in homes during the first week of every month an issue is published. Closing date for space reservations is six weeks prior to publication. Online deadlines are more flexible.
